Freckle on vermilion: Freckles or brown scars on vermilion lip are common and benign. See a dermatologist in case it it malignant. Have you ever used tobacco? Smoked anything? Any personal or family history of skin cancers?

Get it looked at: Probably best to have a dermatologist take a look at that its a potential risk for squamous cell carcinoma.
