Freckle on vermilion: Freckles or brown scars on vermilion lip are common and benign. See a dermatologist in case it it malignant. Have you ever used tobacco? Smoked anything? Any personal or family history of skin cancers?

Labial Melanotic Mac: Its probably a labial melanotic macule, which is fancy pants for saying a benign mole on your lip. However, an examination, preferably with dermoscopy, will be very useful in determining whether it is benign or whether there is any concern for malignancy.
