Yes at first: In the first few weeks it is quite common to have some light bleeding from the vagina. There is an incision at the back of the vagina where the uterus used to be. This area goes through a healing process leading to light spotting. This bleeding should be minimal and temporary. If heavy and long lasting it should be evaluated by your surgeon.
