Go to L & D ASAP: You have to rule out preeclampsia which can be a serious complication in your third trimester. Headache with nausea @ 35 weeks can be a warning sign so best to get checked asap, quicker to go to l&d now and be safe. Take care & good luck.

Preeclampsia?: Headaches and nausea are hallmarks of preeclampsia - a proteinuric hypertensive disorder of late pregnancy. Please see your obstetrician asap (e.g. Go to the er of your maternity hospital) to be evaluated for possible preeclampsia! it may be nothing serious, but i wouldn't take any chances at 35 weeks.
