Gastroenteritis?: Encourage small amounts of pedialyte, back to formula when no emesis for 6hr . Vomiting can be treated with rx zofran (ondansetron) in 2 mo with caution. Monitor closely for signs of dehydration like dry mouth, sunken eyes, lethargy, decreased urine output. No otc anti diarrheal meds. See md if fever, signs of dehydration or symptoms lasting longer than 2-3 dy. Diarrhea usually last symptom to clear.
