Sounds like sleep...: Sounds like you have had what is termed "sleep paralysis". It is the inability to move when you wake up. It is fairly common. These things seem to happen when people are more sleep deprived. Try sleeping on your side, getting more regular sleep, exercise more. If it happens, don't panic, take deep breaths, relax , and know that things will pass soon.
