Abortion?: I presume you are asking what your options are in case of undesired early pregnancy. If you are less than 7 weeks along, medical abortion is possible with safety and convenience, although hemorrhage is still possible especially if you have fibroids, or your dates are further along than you think. If you are over 7 weeks, dilatation and curettage is warranted. Talk to your gynecologist!
