Certainly: Your doctor will probably want to do a procedure such as removing or freezing a portion of the cervix, and they will tell you at that point when you can resume sexual activity.

Yes: Severe dysplasia of the cervix is usually treated with LEEP - loop electrode excision procedure, or cone biopsy depending on the extent and severity of the dysplasia. The above procedures have the additional benefit of a specimen to ensure complete removal of the dysplasia, clear margins, & no hidden cancer. Once you heal, you can resume sex as always & plan pregnancy once your gyn clears you.

Yes: After treatment it will take some time. ( avg 4 weeks) for the cervix to heal. Your dr will see you back and give you the OK when it is healed. During that post op period you should not use tampons or insert anything into your vagina or you could cause the cervix to bleed.
