If your foot is : Swollen and it swelled after a pop it would behoove you to have this checked out by podiatrist or orthopod to figure out the extent of injury.

See a doctor: The fact that you heard it pop into place is good but it could have caused tendon and ligament damage or even fracture. Should see a doctor for exam.
