Talk with your doc: Usually menopause happens after 39 years old but sometimes our periods can stop before then. There's lots to talk about with your doc: any symptoms [like hot flashes]? Any feelings [some women are happy, others sad]? Any reasons [thyroid or other hormone problems]? Other concerns: how to protect your bones from thinning. Checking in about your heart health. Thanks for asking!

No menses: No, this could be premature menopause (ovarian failure) or something else. See your gynecologist.
