My pulse is ~65-95 when sitting and usually is ~55 when laying down. when standing after sitting it rises ~10-20bpm. is this a cause for concern?

No: Part of standing results in an increase pulse. This is an orthostatic response. If you are not symptomatic this is not concerning.
