I have been having blackouts with/without bp drops down to 57/48 and 118/110 at rise with pulse from 75 to 135 with no reason. concerns please?

unclear: The wording of your question is unclear. Nonetheless, if you are passing out and your BP is dropping and/or your heart rate is speeding up, you need further evaluation. You're only 25 minutes from cincinnati where there are many excellent cardiologists. I suggest you see one.
