Yes - stop it.: Avoid all vigorous exercise around conception and throughout pregnancy! mild exercise of the non-contact type (e.g. Treadmill, stationary bike, swimming, brisk walking) is ok, within reason. Professional/competition athletic activities should cease around reproduction! otherwise you risk subfertility, miscarriage, preterm labor, growth restriction, abruption, oligohydramnios, fetal loss.
