No: Bleeding doesn't usually occur with implantation but when it does, it isn't much more than a drop of blood.

Women and Bleeding: Bleeding is a sign of not being pregnant. Implantation usually is fully asymptomatic. But some women see spots or a minimum of drops of blood. Not bleeding.

Would not anticipate: That. Most women don't experience bleeding with implantation. When it does occur the amount of blood is miniscule.
