None.: For true hypothyroidism the only medication that works is replacement thyroid hormone - levothyroxine. This comes in several forms some of which might be considered more natural than others, but at the end of the day it is the same chemical that produces the end result.

Various: Commonly prescribed meds include synthroid and levothyroxine, both synthetic t4. Alternatives to those include cytomel, (liothyronine) compounded sustained release t3, armour thyroid, etc.
