Auto inoculation: You might be a nasal carrier of the the dreaded MRSA hence you clear up after antibiotics by mouth then reintroduce the bacteria by accidental nose picking then scratching ! hygiene could be a factor! a visit to your friendly md might sort out the culprit! regards !

Wrong treatments: Recurrent infections mean that the original infections were not eradicated or you keep exposing the area to the same causes. If recurrent, then you may have chronically infected cysts which need removal. Simply opening them does not get rid of the infected parts. Squeezing is bad as it "injects" the infection deeper into the tissues. A surgeon needs to help get rid of these. Enough antibiotics!
