i have cramping and locking in all my fingers and slight pain in my fore arm it has only just come on today also have nausea. i am type 2 diabetic ?

Nerve problem: Cramping of your fingers usually comes from a nerve problem, particularly the ulnar nerve at the back of the elbow. It can also be cause by low or high calcium. As a diabetic you are prone to both of these problems.
