Balanced diet: It depends on the type and amount of dry food and other foods you consume. It is important to have a balanced diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains; and low in saturated fats. No intake of tobacco in any form and no more than one drink a day. It would help to maintain a healthy weight, and engage in at least 150 minutes of exercise/week.
