Fruity choice: Each of us is in charge of what goes into our mouths (and what comes out of them in the form of words too). So what you eat is certainly your choice. Dry cereal is okay if you like dry cereal. However, please understand that fruit loops is full of sugar, dyes, and partially hydrogenated oils. If you care about your body, you might check into less processed options. Best wishes.
