Unknown: Cervical dyslasia is caused by the hpv viruses. It can go away without treatment but the chance of that depends on the severity of the dysplasia and a patients age the immune system plays a role so a healthy diet and avoiding smoking may help. Unfortunately there is no strong research to tell us which lifestyle changes might work. Always discuss a plan, especially for followup, with your doc.

Cervical dysplasia: Most cervical dysplasia goes away on its own. Changing your lifestyle and put you at less risk for being re-infected with hpv but it cannot reverse the dysplasia itself.
