I was involved in an accident a year ago and my neck and back is killing me like it happened yesterday. what can i do to relive the pain?

Pain: As needed management for neck and back pain is much different than management for every day longterm symptoms. Acute or treatment as needed pain...Tylenol, (acetaminophen) nsaids like aleve/ibuprofen, exercises or rest (depending on severity and other symptoms)...Seek attention if radiating, excruciating, unrelenting, or with associated incontinence or retention of bladder/bowels/walking problems.
