Acute or treatment as needed pain...Tylenol, (acetaminophen) nsaids like aleve/ibuprofen, exercises or rest (depending on severity and other symptoms)...Seek attention if radiating, excruciating, unrelenting, or with associated incontinence or retention of bladder/bowels/walking problems.
