Should not: That is only a few pills, pregnancy will speed up the growth, if fibroids are grwoing at a rapid rate and you are not pregenant - usually they need removal one way or another, if you have large fibroids and you want to get preg advisable to have them removed before you get preg as they can cause a lot of problems and pain with the poregnancy.
