No: Iron helps anemia or low blood caused by fibroids. It doesn't cause fibroids to grow any faster than they normally grow.

No: Large fibroids often cause heavy bleeding and anemia due to iron deficiency. Once this occurs, it is hard to take enough iron in a normal diet to make up for it. The supplements help to overcome this.
