Does taking one dose levonorgestrel next choice pill cause fibroids to grow faster/ bigger? is it effective /does the pill work when taken on 3rd day?

No: Levonogestrel has no effect on fibroids. The pill is only about 50% effective by 72 hours post exposure. Definitely still a good idea to help prevent pregnancy, even at 3 days post coital.
