Remote: Unless you have had congenital heart problems, drug abuse, severe obesity, an undiagnosed cardiac anomaly- such as valve bacteria , or electrical/conduction problems it would be unusual for you to present with heart disease/failure. Check with an ekg and if a cardiologist hears unusual heart sounds they may suggest other studies to confirm a diagnosis.
