Yellow eyes: Yellow eyes are a feature of jaundice. It is a feature of bile duct outlet obstruction. This can occur for a number of reasons, among them a pancreatic head mass. If a pancreatic tumor, it is likely advanced.

Jaundice: It just means you are jaundiced. The pancreas and liver are in close proximity so there may be an obstruction.

Jaundice: Yellow eyes in a patient with suspected pancreatic cancer come for the tumor blocking the bile flow out of the liver resulting in a backup of bile into the blood. This does not by itself give any direct information about the stage of the cancer, but does suggest the tumor is at least large enough to block the be duct which is quite close to the pancreatic duct.
