GO TO ER NOW: Compartmental pressure as you described will cause myonecrosis and nerve damage. Compartmental pressure measurement isn't usually a home test -it is invasive and requires calibration. I hope you dont really have such high pressure in your ant comp. The pressure you reported is more like your blood pressure. If you are having sig swelling, pain and lost of pulse - get to the er now.
