Can crohn's disease be found through a cervical biopsy or pap smear test?

No: Crohn's disease can only be diagnosed by biopsy of the affected portion of the intestinal tract. It does not affect the uterus.

No.: A pap smear is a screening test for cervical cancer. It does not detect crohn's disease. If you suspect you have crohn's disease, you can discuss this with your primary care physician.
