No: To date, human papilloma virus (hpv) infection, transmitted via sexual contact, has the most solid association with vulvar/vaginal/anal/cervical cancer of any infectious agent. There is no known link between candida vulvovaginitis ("yeast infection") and lower gynecologic malignancy.

Not really: A yeast infection is an irritation. If the irritation is present for years and years -- the body may respond with hyperplasia. Hyperplasia may over time, with additional injury, develop into dysplasia -- and ultimately cancer. However, this would be vanishingly rare and not a thing to be concerned about.
