Tinnitus: Depending on your age it could be few different issues. Your lightheaded ness need to be assessed whether vertigo or not. This could be part of menier's disease and ENT consultation might be helpful. Also types of medications you take might be culprit. Your medical history would guide your physician here. Anxiety is usually the last diagnosis after we exclude all clinically pertinent conditions.
