Yes: Kidney failure is diagnosed through lab studies. Blood tests are usually enough.

KIDNEY FAILURE: Blood work would likely have shown kidney failure signs. If you have firther concerns have your urine and blood tested after your symptoms have resolved with a primary care physician.
