Not likely pregnant: A period is a good sign your are not pregnant, but not 100% proof that you are not pregnant. I have seen more than one woman who still had some form of periodic bleeding during their pregnancy. This is usually rare, and really not the same as a 'real' period, but it can occur. If you are not trying to get pregnant, it is important to use some type of contraception and possible a barrier method.
