I was recently on a ten day antibiotic for h.pylori and i took my last dose on saturday night, since then it seems like i have been having a lot of gas pains as well as reflux. is this to be expected?

Yes: It is not uncommon for antibiotics to cause GI problems from diarrhea to flatulence. It will stop now that you stopped the antibitoics.

I get acid reflux after eating a lot, I've taken antiacids which didn't work, proton pump inhibitors which didn't work well, h-pylori was negative. ive cut out all foods that have a risk and done everything adviced like raising the bed.
