Depends: Traditionally having a cyst and fibroids removed should not affect a pregnancy. Occasionally scar tissue can occur after fibroid removal. If the fibroid was in the lining of the uterus then a caesarean section is necessary or if the fibroid was extremely large which would also necessitate a cesarean section.

Positive: Cysts can be suppressed by a pregnancy. The fibroid, depending on its size, may have prevented you from getting pregnant so that was a positive outcome.
