Pregnancy possible: A uterine fibroid is a non-cancerous tumor in the uterus. It doesn't usually prevent pregnancy unless it is very large or inside the uterine cavity. An ovarian cyst is a fluid structure on the ovary. Small ovarian cysts are a normal finding on the ovary. Large ovarian cysts (>4-5ccm) can cause pain but usually do not keep you from getting pregnant. Best wishes!
