My 4month old daughter has what looks like a whitehead on her bottom gum. what could it be?

Epithelial pearl: Sometimes we find bright white round pearl like bumps on the gum surface. They are not teeth but may be located where they will emerge. They can also be found along the inside of the palate or other sites & are called epithelial pearls. They will disappear over time & don't mean anything bad.
