Depending: On how long this has been going on, i would first suggest that you are straining too much and your stools are to hard or not moist enough. Increase your caffeine free/alcohol free fluids to 80-100 ounces per day. If after 2-3 weeks you see no improvement, consider seeing a colorectal surgeon for evaluation and treatment options.
