Salivary glands?: Food-related sweating is called gustatory sweating. Sometimes it is due to the parotid glands, which are the salivary glands in front of your ears, and i suspect that is the problem here, since sour tastes trigger salivation. But it can also be due to other medical conditions (such as diabetes). See your doctor and make sure you don't have an underlying medical problem.
