?calcium deficiency: Low calcium can lead to a condn. Called tentany(not tetanus which is by a bacterial toxin) causing irritability of facial ms/ns . You need to get examined by your doctor as we need to some lab works with calcium, parathyroid hormone levels as well as clinical exam . Other possible causes like tics , parkinson's related problems and occasionally conditions like atypical sz , chorea, tourette's syndro.
