Aerobics/ resistance: The fastest fat burning regimen is to exercise in the morning after fasting since dinner. Drink only water prior to exercise. Do 40 minutes of resistance (weight) training followed by 40 minutes of aerobics of any kind (run, elliptical, stairmaster, rowing, biking, swimming) do this on a daily basis 6 days weekly.

Aerobics + targeted : There's no such thing as natural spot fat loss. You need to lose weight in general ; a certain % will be abdominal fat. Eat healthfully ; be physically active. Calories burned must > calories consumed. To tighten ab's do crunches, reverse crunches, exercise ball crunches, pelvic thrusts, lying leg raises, side bridge ; “bicycling” exercise on your back. Engage in regular aerobic exercise.
