What can you give a sick 19 mo old for a runny nose and fever?

19 mo old sick baby: If your baby has a fever you should talk to your pediatrician as after careful history he/she may tell you whether the child needs to be seen or not. You could try nasal saline flushes for runny nose but fever should not be neglected.
