Digestive health is bad. just learned i have grain allergies and i need help/ urgent, am dying for a sandwich?

Probably Coeliac.: Don't panic yet. Coeliac disease sounds near terminal, but if that is what it is don't worry. It means that you are sensitive to wheat. This is a challenge but in todays society you can go to the grocery store and get gluten (wheat germ) free products and live a very healthy uncomplicated life. Google coeliac disease.
