U may or may not: Could be infection or could be that is mucous cause your cervix is trying to open too soon called incompetent cervix, you need to call your OB now , because if you were my pt i would have you go to teh labor room for a complete ultrasoudn and a cervical length to amke sure no problems, so call your OB now someone is on call this weeknd just like I am this weekend for my patients.
