AIDS&Cancer: Nearly 40% of aids pts will develop cancer with the first three being the most common lymphoma, kaposi's sarcoma, cervical, followed by hodgkin's, head and neck, hepatocellular, lung, testicular, and melanoma. The cancers are usually more advanced and don't respond as well as in pts that don't have aids.
