Oculoplastic surgeons typically would perform blepharoplasties (eyelid lifts), but may not have complete training in forehead (bicoronal, endoscopic, or trichophytic) lifts, and probably little rhinoplasty or facelift training--though some think they are sufficiently capable to provide these operations without full training!
