Paste graft: If there is damage in the joint, surgical repair is possible with various techniques. We prefer articular cartilage paste grafting. Oral glucosamine and hyaluronic acid injections can help.

You can't cure it: You can't reverse post traumatic arthritis, you might improve it slightly by prolonged use of glucosamine and chondroitin, but you can't restore the cartilage back to non arthritic.
