Omega 3 fatty acids: Omega three fatty acids found in cold water fish and flax seeds have been shown to mildly reduce inflammation in adults with rheumatoid arthritis. They may have the same affect in children. You should discuss with your rheumatologist before starting any supplement or over the counter medication.
