Up to ~50 hours: The action of Clonazepam may persist in the system for up to 12 hours and final elimination may take up to 50 hours in adults. Since Clonazepam is metabolized in the liver then excreted in urine, any liver or kidney disease may impair its clearance from the body. Avoid alcohol and increase water intake to help with its elimination. Talk with your physician before stopping this medication.

Klonopin (clonazepam): Depending on your metabolism, usually in 4-5 days it should be out. Wondering why u ask that, being on such a low dose.
