See MD, then DDS: See your md, or audiologist to start. If they do not resolve it, then visit a dentist who is experienced with TMJ treatments. I have seen many patients who we were able to help lessen their ear ringing. It sometimes requires specific types of splint therapy to improve it. Though the advantage is that there are no medications or no surgeries so that is a plus.
