Need more info: Doctors need to see you and take a fuller history than is permitted here. You could have nothing, or you could have asthma, chronic allergies, or any of dozen of very rare conditions. None of the symptoms you describe are specific for any of them. If you have seeen a doctor and not gotten the answers, its likely that this is just congestion in your upper airway that feels like its from the lung.
