Not your fault!: No need to feel responsible! Every vagina is different, and some people have larger labia (lips) than others. It seems unlikely that masterbating impacted the external appearance of your vagina. If it bothers you a lot, there are cosmetic medical procedures that can remove the extra labia tissue, and this is something you can discuss with your Ob/Gyn or a plastic surgeon. Every woman is unique!
